Most mystery games are designed for one player. You stare at the screen alone, reading clues, drawing conclusions, then watch a cutscene tell you whether you were right.
Real detective work is never solo. It's two people in a room at midnight, tossing theories at each other, arguing over which witness is lying, drawing string between pins on a corkboard. That's the feeling we built for.
One case. Two roles — Senior Detective and Criminal Profiler — each with access to different evidence. The Detective sees the crime scene and forensics. The Profiler sees suspect statements and communications. Until you talk, neither of you has the full picture.
You meet at the evidence board, draw connections, debate, and make a joint accusation. Your board gets scored whether you're right or wrong.
One developer, no studio — that's me, Caglar Aybas. Built nights and weekends because the games we wanted to play didn't exist yet. If you have feedback, a bug, or just want to say hi: hello@murdermysteryfor2.com.
Daily case is live. Solve it solo, with a friend on the same couch, or with someone across the world.
